Estilo de Vida provides concierge-style assistance, curation, and coordination for experiences and bookings. Availability depends on timing, partner policies, and local regulations.
Membership access may be curated. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to approve, decline, or pause membership based on capacity and fit.
Bookings may be handled directly with a venue/partner or coordinated through Estilo de Vida. We’ll confirm details in writing before finalizing.
Payment terms vary by request. When payment is required, we will share total cost, deadlines, and the method of payment. Fees may include third-party charges, service fees, taxes, and deposits where applicable.
Cancellation and change policies depend on the venue/partner and the type of service. Some bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. We will always communicate restrictions clearly.
We treat requests as private by default. We share information only with partners needed to execute the service. Clients are expected to respect confidentiality of venues, partners, and other guests where relevant.
Estilo de Vida is not responsible for third-party service performance beyond our control (venue delays, closures, policy changes, etc.). Where an issue occurs, we will support resolution and offer alternatives where possible.
